1. Upfront Flat-Rate Pricing

Plumbing SFL provides written flat-rate estimates before work begins. The price provided in writing does not change within the agreed scope of work. Any additional work requested or required outside the original scope is presented in writing for customer authorization prior to performance.

2. Diagnostic Service Call

Our $95 service call fee covers travel and professional diagnostic evaluation. The $95 fee is waived when the recommended repair or service is approved and performed during the visit.

3. Workmanship Warranty & Exclusions

Plumbing SFL provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on standard repairs (2 years for active VIP members). Drain clearing and stoppage services are not covered by the warranty.

4. Payment Terms

Standard plumbing services are payable upon job completion. Larger projects require a written deposit specified on the estimate. Financing options are subject to third-party lender approval (Wisetack, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later).

5. Licensing & Compliance

Plumbing SFL operates under Florida contractor licenses CFC1431559, CFC1431496, CRC1334831, and CAC1823239.
