No surprise hourly invoices. Know the exact price in writing before any plumbing work begins.
Our Upfront Price Promise
"The price is in writing before we start, and it doesn't change within the agreed scope of work."
Anything discovered outside the original agreed scope is priced separately and approved by you first.
The $95 Service Call
Our $95 service call covers a technician's trip to your property in a fully equipped service vehicle, physical access, and a thorough diagnostic evaluation. It is waived when you approve the repair, and it is credited toward the work if you go ahead within 14 days. VIP members pay no service call fee on scheduled service.

Payment
Basic jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs take a deposit, written on the estimate, with progress payments set out in writing before work starts.
Financing
Financing is available through Wisetack, Klarna and PayPal Pay Later. We do not offer in-house financing.
VIP Membership
VIP Membership is $299 a year. Members pay no service call fee on scheduled service, get 10% off all work, and receive an annual whole-home plumbing inspection.
Free Second Opinion
If you have a written estimate from another licensed plumbing company, we will give you a free second opinion on the work.
